I’m a Quality Advocate. A Quality Architect. A Quality Aficionado. Call it whatever you like. The point is, I care deeply about how the teams I work with build software, how we test it, and how we make sure it actually works for the people using it.

For nearly two decades I’ve been thinking about quality beyond testing. To me, great QA isn’t about testing to catch bugs. It’s about building quality into the product by embedding it into not just the development process, but also product decisions, team culture, and the way we measure impact.

This blog is where I hope to unpack and organize some of the thoughts rattling around in my head, and hopefully pressure-test these opinions of mine.
